ENTRY RULES –
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE PENDING FINAL APPROVAL.
TEAMS WILL PAY FOR TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEES ONLY ON THE WEBSITE.
GREEN FEES AND OPTIONAL CART FEES COLLECTED AT THE GOLF COURSE ON DAY OF EVENT.
ENTRY DEADLINE IS THURSDAY 10/16 AT 8:00PM EST OF TOURNAMENT WEEK.
LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
PAIRINGS WILL BE POSTED BY FRIDAY OF TOURNAMENT WEEK.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES –
WD’S WILL BE PERMITTED UP TO ENTRY DEADLINE OF EACH EVENT.
A PLAYER WITHDRAWING BEFORE ENTRY DEADLINE WILL RECEIVE REFUNDED ENTRY FEE, WD’S AFTER ENTRY DEADLINE WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUND.
ELIGIBILITY –
The 3RVRS Golf Tour 2-Man Shamble Tournament is open to all amateur golfers! Players that do not have an established USGA equivalent or 3RVRS handicap can still enter this event but will play as a zero handicap for the Net division side. Seniors 60+ will hit from senior tees. Women will play from women's tees.
SHAMBLE FORMAT –
2-Man Team selects the one BEST tee shot, then BOTH players play their own ball from that position into the hole. Record the better gross score.
2 SCORING DIVISIONS -
This event will have both Gross and Net divisions. All teams will be competing in both divisions! Whichever division the team score is lowest, will be where they place in will be their winning side. No team is allowed to take any winnings from both divisions. The Gross division will play at scratch. While the Net division with see each player receive 75% of their USGA or 3RVRS Handicap. Players that do not have an established USGA or 3RVRS handicap can still enter this event but will play as a zero handicap. Net Teams will have a 10 Stroke maximum differential between players. (If greater than 10, the higher player will be adjusted down to meet the 10 Stroke differential)
MEDIA USAGE AND LIABILITY WAIVER –
By registering for event, said player hereby grants 3RVRS Golf LLC, hereinafter referred to as “3RVRS Golf Tour,” the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, in respect of the photographs and/or video taken of me alone or with others, to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs or video, and in conjunction with any printed matter, or electronic matter, in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever; and to use my name in conjunction therewith if the 3RVRS Golf Tour so chooses.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in 3RVRS Golf Tour events, said player releases from liability and waives his/her right to sue 3RVRS Golf LLC, their employees, officers and volunteers from any and all claims, including claims of the 3RVRS Golf Tour's negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in events travel to and from events, or any incidental to events”
