ENTRY RULES – 

ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE PENDING FINAL APPROVAL.

GOLFERS WILL PAY FOR TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEES ONLY ON THE WEBSITE.

GREEN FEES AND OPTIONAL CART FEES COLLECTED AT THE GOLF COURSE ON DAY OF EVENT.

ENTRY DEADLINE IS THURSDAY 6:00PM EST OF TOURNAMENT WEEK.

LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. 

PAIRINGS WILL BE POSTED THURSDAY NIGHT OF TOURNAMENT WEEK.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES – 

WD’S WILL BE PERMITTED UP TO ENTRY DEADLINE OF EACH EVENT.

A PLAYER WITHDRAWING BEFORE ENTRY DEADLINE WILL RECEIVE REFUNDED ENTRY FEE, WD’S AFTER ENTRY DEADLINE WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUND.

 

​ELIGIBILITY –

The 3RVRS Golf Tour is open to all golfers that have a verifiable and active USGA handicap,

verifiable state golf association or equivalent handicap. Upon registration for any tournament, an established

verifiable USGA, state GA or equivalent handicap index is required for new players. Players that have not yet

established a 3RVRS handicap will receive 75% of their verifiable USGA/state, GA or equivalent golf app

index until they have played a minimum of 3 3RVRS events.

If a new player does not have an established USGA/state GA or equivalent handicap, said player will be placed in the championship flight (+ to 3.9) until one is established.

MEDIA USAGE AND LIABILITY WAIVER –

By registering for event, said player hereby grants 3RVRS Golf LLC, hereinafter referred to as “3RVRS Golf Tour,” the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, in respect of the photographs and/or video taken of me alone or with others, to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs or video, and in conjunction with any printed matter, or electronic matter, in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever; and to use my name in conjunction therewith if the 3RVRS Golf Tour so chooses.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in 3RVRS Golf Tour events, said player releases from liability and waives his/her right to sue 3RVRS Golf LLC, their employees, officers and volunteers from any and all claims, including claims of the 3RVRS Golf Tour's negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in events travel to and from events, or any incidental to events”
